Beau Burgert

Beau Burgert competed at Cooperstown Dreams Park five times with the Wisconsin All-Stars (WI) [Week 8 in 2002, 2003, 2004], Team Pepsi (NY) [Week 11 in 2002], and Team Twisters (NY) [Week 11 in 2004]. Once his playing days ended at Cooperstown Dreams Park, Beau returned as a coach for the Wisconsin All-Stars (WI) [Week 8 in 2005, 2006; Week 9 in 2007, 2008, 2009], Team Rawlings (MO) [Week 11 in 2005 and 2006], and Team Coca-Cola (NY) [Week 10 in 2008]. Beau’s fondest memories as a player at Cooperstown Dreams Park include hitting a grand slam and pitching a one-hitter in 2004. As a coach, Beau became the youngest coach to reach the Elite 8 in 2008 with Team Coca-Cola.

Beau graduated from Oshkosh West High School (Oshkosh, WI) where he earned three varsity letters in baseball, was named First Team All-Conference (2009 & 2010), Team MVP (2010) and Second Team All-District (2010).

Beau continued his education and baseball career at Marion University (Fond du Lac, WI). He earned All-Northern Athletics Conference Freshman Team honors as a catcher, finishing the season batting .271 with 6 doubles and 11 RBIs. Beau continued his collegiate career at Concordia University Wisconsin (Mequon, WI) where he was a Second Team All-Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference selection leading the team with a .342 batting average in 2014.
