Daniel was one of the first players to compete at Cooperstown Dreams Park, coming the very first week the gates opened in 1996 with the Mount Laurel Renegades (NJ). He hit a grand slam during the single-elimination tournament helping his team finish second overall.
Daniel attended and played baseball at Rancocas Valley Regional High School (Mt. Holly, NJ). He was captain of his baseball team and received the American Legion Baseball award as well as named an All South Jersey baseball selection. In addition to baseball, Daniel participated in community service.
Upon his high school graduation, Daniel went to Shepherd University (Shepherdstown, WV) where he continued his career on the diamond. Since his collegiate graduation, Daniel serves his community as a police officer.
