Randy Santaella

Randy Santaella and the Bakersfield Bullets (CA) competed at Cooperstown Dreams Park during Week 1 of 1996 and clinched the first ever Cooperstown Dreams Park championship title. Randy’s fondest memories of his time at Dreams Park is turning the first ever triple play, batting over .500, visiting the National Baseball Hall of Fame, watching his teammate win the first ever King of Swat, and meeting Babe Ruth’s granddaughter, Frank Robinson, Yogi Berra and other all famers.

Randy continued his baseball career at Delano High School (Delano, CA) where he also played football and basketball. He was a four-year starter on the diamond being named MVP in 2000 and 2001 and received the Iron Man Award and Phillip Amaya Most Inspirational Sport Award in 2002.

Randy went on to play collegiate baseball at Taft College (Taft, CA) where he was a member of the Best Buddies Club and received his Associates Degree in Liberal Arts. He later received his Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA).
