Dear Parents:
Please review the information in your profile under Checklists/Kits to assist you as you prepare for your date of participation at Cooperstown Dreams Park.
Cooperstown Dreams Park is a children’s camp licensed by the State of New York Department of Health. We are required to outline the rights and responsibilities of all campers and camp operators.
Rights of Parents and Guardians:
All Coaches are required to go through a Safety, Training and Supervision (STS) training session as part of the registration process. This training session will outline the role and obligations that all coaches have to the campers and to Cooperstown Dreams Park.
We suggest that your coach have a designated team meeting, with all team members’ parents present, to review the coach roles, the parent and camper roles, and review and execute all forms.
You are encouraged to use the Tournament Checklist to ensure that you submit all necessary forms and documents and are prepared for your date of participation at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Upon confirmation by the Cooperstown Dreams Park staff that all necessary documents and forms are complete your team will then qualify to participate in your tournament date.
If you have any questions a CDP representative is available to assist your team to complete all Team Guide requirements.
Kindest regards,
Yours in Baseball™ Cooperstown Dreams Park
