Inning:
Tallahassee Titans (FL): Joe Huntley lead
off and popped to the catcher. Bert Givens
struck out swinging. John Nogowski singled
to left field. Nogowski stole second base.
Nogowski stole third base. Mallex Smith
grounded out short to first to end the top
half of the first. No runs, one hit, no
errors and one left on base.
Houston Heat (TX): Cameron Neal singled
off the outfield wall. Neal was picked off
of first base by John Nogowski. Ryan
Farney singled to left field. Nogowski
picked off Farney for the second out. Evan
Fichter singled between short and third.
Cole Lankford was called out on strikes.
No runs, three hits, no errors and none
left on base.
Second
Inning:
Tallahassee Titans: Martin Shipman
hammered a home run to left field. Will
Finley singled past the third baseman.
Ryan Deckert sacrificed Finley to second
for the first out, pitcher to first base.
Frank Shaw walked. Peter Barrilleaux
grounded into a fielders choice, short to
second, with Shaw being forced at second.
Joe Huntley popped to the pitcher for the
third out. One run, two hits, no errors
and one left on base.
Houston Heat: Michael Resnick singled in
front of the left fielder. Reid Oden
singled. Resnick stole third with the
catcher throwing the ball into left field
and Resnick scored. Oden ended up at
second. John Williamson grounded back to
the pitcher who threw to third and Oden
was tagged out pitcher to short to
pitcher. Williamson safe at first on the
fielders choice. Blake Goldberg lined a
ground rule double down the right field
line with Williamson going to third.
Richard Mason was called out on strikes.
With Garrett Rice at bat a wild pitch by
Nogowski got past the catcher and
Williamson attempted to score but was
thrown out catcher to the pitcher
covering. One run, three hits, one error
and one left on base.
Third
Inning:
Tallahassee
Titans: Bert Givens struck out swinging.
John Nogowski singled over the head of the
second baseman. Cole Lankford picked
Nogogwski off first for the second out.
Mallex Smith lined out to the shortstop.
No runs, one hit, no errors and none left
on base.
Houston Heat: Garrett Rice grounded out
second to first. Cameron Neal singled past
third base. Ryan Farney struck out
swinging. Evan Fichter fouled out to the
first baseman. No runs, one hit, no errors
and one left on base.
Fourth
Inning:
Tallahassee Titans: Martin Shipman
grounded back to the pitcher who threw him
out at first. Will Finley walked. Ryan
Deckert struck out swinging. Finley stole
second. Frank Shaw walked. Peter
Barrilleaux lined a single between short
and third to load the bases. Finley at
third and Shaw at second. Joe Huntley
grounded to the shortstop who threw it
away at first. Finley and Shaw both scored
and Barrilleaux ened up at third. Huntley
was picked off first and Barrilleaux
attempting to score and was thrown out at
the plate. Two runs, one hit, one error
and one left on base.
Houston Heat: Cole Lankford homered to
centerfield. Michael Resnick grounded out
pitcher to first. Reid Oden grounded out
short to first. John Williamson was called
out on a third strike. One run, one hit,
no errors and none left on
base.
Fifth
Inning:
Tallahassee Titans: Beckett Frappier now
in to pitch for the Houston Heat. Bert
Givens grounded out second to first. John
Nogowski singled to right. Mallex Smith
attempted to bunt and was tagged out by
the first baseman. Nogowski to second.
Martin Shipman singled to left driving in
Nogowski. Will Finley grounded out pitcher
to first. One run, two hits, no errors and
one left on base.
Houston Heat: Blake Goldberg struck out
swinging. Carl Mueller in to pinch hit for
Richard Mason and struck out swinging.
Garrett Rice struck out swinging. No runs,
no hits, no errors and none left on
base.
Sixth
Inning:
Tallahassee
Titans: Ryan Deckert singled to left.
Frank Shaw bunted for a hit moving Deckert
to second. A passed ball moved Deckert to
third with Shaw remaining at first. Peter
Barrilleaux hit a sacrifice bunt that
scored Deckert and Shaw going to second.
Joe Huntley lined out to the shortstop for
the second out. Bert Givens singled to
right with Shaw going to third. John
Nogowski was intentionally walked loading
the bases. Mallex Smith grounded to short
to second for the force. One run, three
hits, no errors and three left on
base.
Houston Heat: Cameron Neal was thrown out
catcher to first. Ryan Farney reach first
on an infield single pass the pitcher.
Evan Fichter was called out on a third
strike. Cole Lankford grounded out
unassisted to the first baseman for the
third out. No runs, one hit, no errors and
one left on base.
